It’s no secret that Christchurch local, Aron Dee, knows who he is and isn’t afraid to express the emotional side of his life through the music that he works ruthlessly hard to release.

Aron tells many stories that he has been through and the latest release of his, Wasting my Time is no exception to that rule.

Aron allows a lot of vulnerability to be shared throughout the lyrics that he writes, letting the waves of situations to ebb and flow throughout, letting others in to hear experiences from a male perspective, which at times, is a rare occurrence.

During Wasting my Time, the array of heights from the instrumentals and how it has been produced, tends to make you quiver, gauging an extraordinary amount of the situation that Aron has been put into. The hard hitting truths of the track are just one of the many elements that make it this unforgettable tune that will not be easy to let go of.

Wasting my Time has been delivered in a way that is easy to follow, yet doesn’t lack on the seriousness of the song and how Aron endeavours to express anything that needs to be told.

The video encompasses many moments throughout Aron’s days that he feels like he is wasting his time with waiting for this particular person to get in contact, getting let down every single time.

In a way, I guess that Wasting my Time essentially tells the listeners to be weary of not putting up with waiting for others, specifically in terms of dating or even friendships that lean more to one side. It can be hard to let go and accept that something is over, however, for your own peace of mind, it’s best to work on the process of being able to move on, letting the healing begin.

Wasting my Time is produced with a unique vibe that is not easily found in the music industry in the current times and it feels as though Aron has found his passion to go forward with his music in this way. Impressive.
